On a starry night of perfectly serene quiet in the month of October; with the harvest awaiting its reaping, lights flicker inside of the orange pumpkin shells and our world sighs In lieu of the approaching winter holiday season. The quietness of peace is stealthily replaced by the carefully crafted “Art of Noise.” Just turn on the radio on that quiet night; as you begin to turn the dial you notice the squelch of White Noise. Bleeding through the White Noise are the numerous talk radio shows and their advertisers. This is one of the many forms of the Art of Noise .
