Just an Illusion Part 1: Heaven is Reality

Life is a Dream Heaven is Reality

In a 1995 song by Anointed; the words delicately yet deliberately say Life is a Dream and Heaven is Reality, i’m caught in between. Though this world has everything it’s nothing more than a dream.”   Are we living the dream or is what where living just an illusion? We must ask this question to give a reference point to our purpose. imagesIf we begin to veer off course into human expectations; we manipulate this dream into the chicanery of the illusion with its guarantee of chaos, envy and strife’s failing consequences of division as opposed to unity. Through faith, with limited information  we can forge into the future “with boldness and access with confidence.” Ephesians 3:12

One thing that is apparent is that we live in a world that is full of perception, reaction and manipulation. Broken down to its structural components, creation is a kaleidoscope of seemingly randomly arranged energy particles (atoms, electrons, protons, neutrons, etc.)  in motion with incredible velocity. This motion cloaks the fact of the vast amounts of space that is the actuality of our world.

This system of time, space and energy of the natural world can be manipulated when it is influenced by the reality of heaven and God’s purpose for our lives. “as someone has said, ‘In him we live and move and exist.’ It is as some of your poets have said, We too are his children” Acts 17:28 Good News Translation (GNT)The_Magic_of_the_Dance___StrudelMonkey

Another characteristic of our reality is that what we see is not the present reality at all but is what has already been. Traveling at the speed of 186,000 miles per second, Light and natural vision represents the past which leaves  plenty of leeway for perception and manipulation, therefore bringing equilibrium between what is/was and how we respond to it. In the figurative, reality is always “a day late and a dollar short.”

All of us are created for a purpose, therefore we have the authority to form our own reality because it’s in us to do. That reality is not bound by limitations that we ourselves or others attempt to hold us to if we are acting in God’s will for us.

“Meanwhile, the moment we get tired in the waiting, God’s Spirit is right alongside helping us along. If we don’t know how or what to pray, it doesn’t matter. He does our praying in and for us, making prayer out of our wordless sighs, our aching groans. He knows us far better than we know ourselves, knows our pregnant condition, and keeps us present before God. That’s why we can be so sure that every detail in our lives of love for God is worked into something good.”  Romans 8:26-28 The Message (MSG)

Our diversity can mesh into comprehensive harmony, “Building the Bridge Together” by the intangible force of love. There is a secret that eludes the natural senses in the vastness of the space that we place between “we and they”, and that is the power of agreement.

“Again I tell you, if two of you on earth agree (harmonize together, make a symphony together) about whatever [anything and [a]everything] they may ask, it will come to pass and be done for them by My Father in heaven.”  Matthew 18:19 Amplified Bible (AMP)
